#PracticeGiving
Dear Practice Yoga Community,
I believe the universe was conspiring for me when my daughter’s cancer diagnosis came in the same week that we re-opened the studio in August. (Obviously no cancer would have been preferable.) It would seem that this was horrible timing and in actuality the timing was perfect. I could not have gotten through the past 5 months without Practice Yoga. The studio has offered me a space to unroll my mat and practice, to express myself through teaching, to grow in leadership, and to connect with our community and experience the love and support that binds us together. I am filled with gratitude for the gift of this practice and all of you.
Yoga has given all of us so many gifts. For many it is straight up a physical practice that creates power and freedom in their body. For some, yoga is a sanctuary from stress. For others, it is a practice that transforms into yoga as lived in every aspect of our lives. Regardless of what brings us to our mats, the practice of yoga is a gift. A gift that gives us the tools to live an inspired and empowered life, being and experiencing our greatest selves.
So in the season of giving, we want to give the gift of yoga to as many people as possible. We have changed our pricing structure so that yoga is accessible for even more people. We want as many people as possible to have access to the tools that have already transformed so many of our lives. We look forward to being with you on our mats.
Happy Holidays,
Debi Grilo
